Why the stone crusher is blocked and stopped?
During the operation of the stone crusher line, some unexpected failures often occur, and the material blocking and crusher stopping is one of them. When the crusher malfunctions, all you have to do is to find out the reason, and cure the “sickness” of the crusher
The crusher “eats too much and can’t digest it”, and it’s not a big problem. The main reason for the main crusher machine to stop during crushing and then blocking is that too much material is accumulated in the cavity of the crusher, and can not be discharged out timely. It will causes the motor to overload and stop. There are usually two reasons.
1. The output of the crusher is high, and the belt conveyor at the lower discharge port is too late to send the crushed machine away, causing blockage;
2.The downstream equipment blocks and stops, and the upper stream crusher continues to crush. Once this happens, you must clean out all the materials in the crushing cavity before you can continue to start the machine again.
