What should be paid attention to in the maintenance of cone crusher?
As one of the mainstream equipment in the mining machinery industry, cone crusher plays an essential role. What maintenance matters should we pay attention to during our daily use?
The oil in the hydraulic station needs to be filtered for about three months before use. Due to poor working conditions and large dust, the lubricating oil is easily contaminated and the oil quality deteriorates. Therefore, check and clean the oil supply filter and oil return filter every month, and check the filter screen to check the change of oil quality.
The maintenance cycle of overhaul, item repair and minor repair of cone crusher should be formulated according to the actual condition of the equipment. General maintenance (minor maintenance) is once a month, mainly to check the wear of the taper sleeve and the straight sleeve, check whether the dustproof water channel is unblocked, check the hydraulic station, oil pump, oil pressure, oil quality, and the middle or item repair cycle is about 6 monthly or once a year.
