What is a long distance belt conveyor?
Long-distance belt conveyors generally refer to belt conveyors with a conveying distance of more than 100 meters, which have the characteristics of long conveying distance and large conveying capacity. Widely used in coal mines, metallic mines, electric power, metallurgy, building materials and other industries, it can realize high-efficiency material transportation, and can adapt to various complex terrains and working conditions.
The long-distance belt conveyor is mainly composed of conveyor belt, idler roller, body frame, head and tail drum, reversing drum, motor, reducer, cleaning device, etc. It can be arranged horizontally or inclined within 30° to convey materials. The deep groove conveyor belt can effectively prevent the material from spilling out.
