What are the factors that affect the output of impact crusher?
1.Material hardness. Impact crusher is suitable for materials with low hardness, such as weathered stone, limestone (bluestone), dolomite, coal gangue, shale soil and other materials. If we crush materials with relatively high hardness, it will increase the difficulty of crushing, and also increase the degree of wear of the equipment. At the same time, it needs multiple crushing to meet the requirements of the output and reduce the output.
2.Material humidity. The impact crusher is suitable for dry crushing. If the humidity of the material is relatively high and the material is highly viscous, the material may be blocked and the output will be reduced. On the contrary, the output will be larger;
3.Feeding speed. The speed of feeding determines the production capacity to a certain extent. If the speed of feeding is too slow, there may be a phenomenon of material breakage; if the speed of feeding is too fast, the phenomenon of clogging the crushing cavity may occur; these situations will affect the impact crusher’s output capacity.
4.Equipment quality. The quality of the impact crusher and the wear resistance of wearing parts all affect the production capacity. If the quality of the equipment we buy is better and the wear resistance is better, the service life will be longer and the output will be larger.
Of course, there are many factors that affect the output of equipment, such as equipment inspection and maintenance, labor proficiency, applicable environment and other factors.
