The working principle of traditional cone crusher
The working principle of the cone crusher is very simple, mainly relying on the force of extrusion to crush materials. The motor will drive the upper eccentric sleeve to rotate through the middle transmission device, so that the moving cone rotates and swings in the crushing chamber. The stones are are squeezed, rubbed between mantle & concave, and broken into smaller particles.
Although the working principle of the cone crusher is simple, the work efficiency is very high and the production speed is relatively fast. The power can be adjusted according to the hardness of the material itself, and the production speed can also be manually determined.
