Sand and gravel equipment is the key to start a sand and gravel processing plant
From raw materials to finished products, sand and gravel production generally needs to go through seven processes: feeding, coarse crushing, fine crushing, sand making, screening, cleaning, and transportation. The main equipment used and its performance are as follows:
1.Coarse crushing equipment – jaw crusher
2.Medium and fine crushing equipment – cone crusher / impact crusher
3.Sand making equipment – sand making machine (Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher, i.e. VSI Crusher)
4.Sand washing equipment – wheel bucket sand washer or screw type sand washer
5.Screening equipment – vibrating screening machine (sand & gravel separator/classifier)
6.Transportation equipment – belt conveyor
How much you need to invest depends on the actual production line configuration. Usually, the less equipment is configured, the lower the price will naturally be. For example, a production line with higher requirements on product quality will be equipped with a sand washing machine, etc., which will require more investment than an ordinary production line. There is also the size of the equipment, which will also affect its investment cost. Generally, the larger the model, the higher the price. Because the larger the equipment model, it means the higher the configuration, the higher the investment cost, and the more expensive the price.
