Process flow of river pebble sand making
The river pebble sand making production line has a wide variety of equipment, including jaw crusher, cone crusher, sand making machine and supporting feeding, screening and conveying equipment. The configuration of the river pebble sand production line equipment needs to be determined according to the requirements of raw material hardness, output, and finished sand specifications. The river pebble sand production line adopts the configuration principle of more breaking and less grinding, which has high work efficiency and good material discharge. Combined with cleaning treatment, it can quickly produce clean sand.
a. The bulk material of river pebble is evenly fed by the vibrating feeder through the silo, and transported to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing;
b. After the coarsely crushed materials are screened by the vibrating screen, they are conveyed by the belt conveyor to the cone crusher for medium and fine crushing;
c. After the medium and fine crushing, the river pebble material is screened by a circular vibrating screen, and the material larger than or equal to 40mm is returned to the cone crusher for re-crushing;
d. The river pebble particles smaller than 40mm are sent to the sand making machine for further crushing and shaping, and the materials larger than or equal to 20mm are returned to the sand making machine for fine crushing again;
e. The materials smaller than 20mm are sent to the circular vibrating screen for screening and packaging. If clean river pebbles are needed, they can be sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning.
