Jaw Crusher’s Maintenance
According to the degree of maintenance, the maintenance of jaw crusher can be divided into three types. Among them, medium and minor repairs with little degree of maintenance are the main methods of daily production maintenance, and major repairs are regularly formulated and implemented to ensure that the equipment can continue to meet production requirements.
Minor repairs are mainly to check the corresponding gaskets, springs and other adjustment devices of the jaw crusher, adjust the feeding opening between the moving and static jaw plates, and replace the damaged wear-resistant lining plates and belts. Relubricate rotating parts, clean or wash individual parts.
The medium repair includes minor repairs, and at the same time, it is necessary to replace the damaged parts such as the thrust rod, the bushing of the eccentric shaft, and the tie rod, and to deal with the bearing bushes (such as connecting rod head bearing bushes and power bearing bushes).
The main contents of the overhaul include the maintenance contents of minor repairs and medium repairs. It is also necessary to replace or repair key components such as eccentric shafts and jaw plates, and to upgrade the technology of the jaw crusher.
