How to adjust the ore discharge port of the cone crusher?
1. It is realized by means of the zigzag threaded ascending and descending fixed cone liners between the adjusting ring and the supporting sleeve.
2. In order to lubricate the toothed thread and facilitate adjustment and disassembly, the thread must have sufficient clearance.
3. For the adjusted ore discharge port, the steel wire tie lead ball method can be used to measure the size of the ore discharge port through the crushing chamber to the ore discharge port.
After the operator adjusts the discharge port, he can measure the size of the discharge port with a steel wire lead ball, lift the adjustment ring, and twist the equipment to put the lead ball into the crushing chamber, and measure the discharge port at four relative positions along the circumference of the crushing chamber. Whether the adjustment of the material port is accurate, the size of the adjusted discharge port is required, and the adjustment ring needs to be locked with a locking cylinder before restarting the cone crusher.
