Conical Crusher’s Working Principle
When the cone crusher works, the motor rotates through the belt pulley or the linkage shaft, the cone crusher drives shaft and the conical part of the cone crusher under the force of the eccentric sleeve to make a swing motion around a fixed point.
As a result, the mantel of the cone crushing machine is sometimes close to and sometimes away from the surface of the concave fixed on the adjusting sleeve, so that the ore stone is continuously impacted, squeezed and bent in the crushing cavity to realize the crushing of the ore rock.
