1.  Preparation before starting the machine

(1) Check whether the oil level of the diesel generator tank is normal

(2) Whether the cooling water level in the diesel engine tank is normal.

(3) For diesel engine lubrication, the oil level gauge must be normal.

(4) Check whether the connection between the wire and the motor wiring port of each device is firm.

(5) Check whether the equipment connecting bolts are firm

(6) Check whether the tires are off the ground, the outriggers must be firmly supported, and the lifting outriggers must also be supported.

(7) Check whether the control cabinet is closed when starting operation! ! Make sure to turn off all switches in the control cabinet before starting the machine! !

(8) The generator group warm time must more than 3 minutes,than turn on the switch of the electricity of output

(9).please check the bearing lubrication and add after working 8 hours.

2.Boot sequence

Step 1:

(1) Turn on the diesel engine button and start the diesel engine of generator.

(2) Warm engine of generator 3 minutes,

(3) Turn on the generator output switch.

Step 2:

Open the control cabinet. Turn on the main switch of the control cabinet.

Step 3:

(1) Turn on the jaw crusher button.

(2)  after 1 minutes,turn on the vibrating screen switch

(3)  turn on the feeding belt switch

(4)  turn on the discharge belt switch

(5)  Turn on the vibrating feeder switch(final start)

3. Shutdown sequence

(1) Before shutting down, it must be ensured that all materials have been conveyed, and there must be no stored materials in the feeder.

(2) Close the main feeding belt

(3) Turn off the vibrating screen switch

(4) Close the discharge belt switch

(5) Turn off jaw crusher switch

(6) Turn off the feeder switch

(7) Ensure that all switches are in a disconnected state(ensure cabinet keeping off status).

(8) Turn off the generator output switch

(9) After the diesel engine is idling, shut down the diesel engine

4. Check work before leaving get off work

Check whether the equipment connecting bolts are loose. If they are loose, tighten them immediately.

Clear away the debris on the equipment and clean it up!

5.Maintain the diesel engine generally!!!
