100 Tons per Hour River Rock Crushing Production Line Started Operation in North Luzon
After about half year’s preparation, a river rock crushing plant with capacity 100t/h finally started operation from June 30, 2022. Now, let’s take a look at what major equipment are included in this plant.
~Vibrating Grizzly Feeder 700×2400: using 2pcs powerful vibration motor as vibrating source to evenly feed the rocks to primary jaw crusher, besides, the bars also can pre-screen out soil.
~Primary jaw crusher 500×750 (20x30inch): can take max. 425mm stone while crushing, heavy duty, long service life, low maintenance
~Secondary cone crusher 3 Foot: Traditional spring type conical crusher with stable performance, can take max. 115mm crushed stone from primary jaw crusher or vibrating screen.
~3 deck vibrating screen: also called stone separator/classifier, thin oil lubrication type, longer service life.
